To hold and use a Foto Feed account, we need to store your email address which will be validated prior to account activation. We will also store your screen name provided during account registration.
While the password you provide when creating an account is not stored on our systems, we recommend you make use of a unique password for this platform.
If you wish to make use of our services and post your own photos to Foto Feed, then we will store and manage this data in accordance with this privacy policy.
Please be aware that data you provide to Foto Feed during your use of the platform may contain metadata such as location information stored within image files.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
We WILL NOT disclose your personal data to any individual or organization unless required to do so by law.
We WILL ABSOLUTELY fully comply with any local or international law enforcement order requesting access to information associated with your use of the platform.
Do not make use of our services if you intend to engage in unlawful activities.
If content you post is reported as being objectionable or abusive, our privacy team will review this content and if found to be in contravention of our End-User License Agreement, your account will be terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
HOW SECURE IS YOUR DATA?
Your data is secured whilst in transit from your device to our data center via a TLS1.2 HTTPS connection.
The content you upload to Foto Feed will be visible to anyone you allow to follow you and to anyone they choose to share that content with. We cannot prevent your followers from screen-capturing your content and sharing it beyond the control of the Foto Feed platform.
We would not recommend sharing content that you wish to remain completely private.
Your data is stored in a high-security data center primarily in Singapore but is also distributed globally to other data centers via a Content Delivery Network (CDN). These data centers restrict physical access to the infrastructure storing your data and are monitored at all times.
HOW DO WE MANAGE YOUR DATA?
Your data is managed with the highest level of respect and care. Under no circumstance is your personal data made available to any external parties without a lawful reason.
At any time you are free to request to know what data of yours is stored with Foto Feed and to also request the complete and permanent deletion of all data relating to your use of the platform.
