The Following tab in the Foto Feed app will show you all posts by people that you follow who choose to share photos via their My Updates tab.

Feeds

The Feeds tab in the app allows you to create your or others to create specific groups of followers in order to communicate directly in more of a chat style interface. Content which you post to a group Feed will not be published to all your Followers, they will only appear in the specific Feed to which they are sent.

You can think of Feeds a little like private chat groups.
